Level ground and beautiful lake views, this setting on a quiet bay of Pickerel lake is a perfect spot for fishing off the pier and quiet night campfires. Listen to the call of the loon from the lakeside deck, or canoe or kayak this quiet bay of Pickerel Lake. Boat out to the Pickerel Lake sand bar at the mouth of the river for a great swimming area.
Main level includes a full kitchen, living room, fireplace, patio doors to the deck, full bath and 2 bedrooms, both with a king beds.
Upper level includes a large bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and full bath.
Loft Area 2 single beds (trundle bed) for additional sleeping
Lower level includes rec room sofa /chair seating area with TV and sleeping area with 2 single beds and a single over double futon bunk bed. A laundry room with washer/dryer & extra refrigerator.
Pickerel Lake has a surface area of 736 acres. A large portion of it's shoreline is undeveloped allowing for quiet nature sightings of deer, eagles, loon and more. Rated one of the top fishing lakes in the area you'll find pan fish, northern pike, bass, walleye and musky. Pickerel is an excellent lake for boating and fishing.

DEPOSIT: 1/3 deposit required to reserve the home. CHECK OR CASH PREFERRED. Will accept credit card deposit over the phone. BALANCE PAYMENT: DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. CHECK OR CASH PREFERRED. Balances paid with credit card will be assessed a 4% booking/convenience fee. SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A credit card number on file for a $900.00 security/damage deposit and signed rental agreement is required at arrival.
