Extra people (adults and children) over number shown add $20 per night or $125 per week.
With management approval, pets considered in #10 & # 7, and 2 $125 a week.
Daily Visitor Policy: As a guest of Deer Run Resort, you have full use of the facilities. If you have a non-registered guest visit during your stay, a daily visitor rate may be applied. Please consult the office with your visitor plans.
Please smoke outside the cabins. No fireworks
No camping/tents/Rv
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
Pontoon boat rentals available. Advance reservation recommended.
Christmas and New Years are 3-night minimum.
Spring, Fall and Winter are 2-night minimum.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify our office as soon as possible. Your deposit, less a 20% cancellation fee, will be refunded if you provide more than 60 days notice. With less than 60 days notice, we will do our best to fill the vacancy. We will return your deposit, less 20% cancellation fee and any partial loss of rent. If we are unable to fill the vacancy and your notice was less than 60 days, your deposit will be kept.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT :UPON ARRIVAL, GUEST SHALL SIGN A RENTAL SECUIRTY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT AGREEMENT AND PAY A 300.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT OR PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO BE HELD AS SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT.
