The Knoll House is a three bedroom, one bath vacation home on beautiful Found Lake in St. Germain Wisconsin.

This clean, comfortable and very cozy private lakeside home on 100 feet of water frontage, provides excellent views of Found Lake from kitchen and living room. Enjoy the outside from the lakeside patio campfire area and private pier.  A/C &  WIFI 

Found Lake is a 326 acre lake has fishing for Musky, Northern, Bass, Walleye and pan fish. The lake has a shallow shoreline and sand bottom for good swimming. An excellent lake for boating, skiing, fishing, canoeing, and swimming. Your family will enjoy a fun-filled vacation on the shores of Found Lake.

Payment Info

DEPOSIT:   1/3 deposit required to reserve the home.   CHECK OR CASH PREFERRED.   Will accept credit card deposit over the phone.                                                                                                          BALANCE PAYMENT:  CHECK OR CASH PREFERRED.          Balances paid with credit card will be assessed a 4% booking/convenience fee.                                                                                                                                                                  Balance due 60 days prior to check in.                                                                                                                                          SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT:  A credit card number on file for a $500.00 security/damage deposit and signed rental agreement is required at arrival. All rates subject to state, county and town tax & fees.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary, please notify our office as soon as possible. Your deposit, less 20% cancellation fee, will be refunded if you provide more than 90 days notice. Cancellations with less than 90 days notice will receive a refund less 20% only if we are able to fill the vacancy. If we are unable to fill the vacancy, your deposit will be kept.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful lake home with us.  The loons, the eagles and the big moon over the lake … all so breathtaking.   Lovely place, hope to be back.

Arrived at this nice home and had dinner and a campfire and sang songs.   Saturday we looked for a hiking trail.  After hiking we went in the lake and kayaked and paddle boated.  Sunday we went to Eagle River shopping and ate at a really great restaurant.  We went hiking and ate fish fry for dinner.

Knoll House 1

What a beautiful place by the lake you have!  The view is spectacular. We came to listen to the loons and kayak.  The loons have been a bit quiet this week, and late in our stay the wind picked up , but the first two days were wonderful for kayaking.   The lake is so clean.  We also found a wonderful hiking trail around Shannon Lake.  We made some great memories here.  Thank you for sharing you place.
